Cooking with Giugizu: Italian typical pudding (Bunet piemontese)

Buon lunedì dolcezze :)
Per iniziare in bellezza la settimana tornano le nostre video ricette!
Oggi prepareremo insieme un dolce tipico del Piemonte, il bunet (bònet), si tratta di una classica ricetta della tradizione che ricorda nella preparazione il crème caramel.
Esistono due versioni di questo squisito dolce, quella al cioccolato è la più diffusa, mentre quella "chiara" è più tradizionale. Io e Daniele abbiamo deciso di restare fedeli alla tradizione!

To start the week the best way our cooking videos are back!
Today Daniele and I will cook a typical dessert from Piemonte the bunet (or bònet), it's a classic recipe of the tradition which is very similar to the most known crème caramel.
There are two version of this dessert, the chocolate one is the most famous, while the "white" one is more traditional. Daniele and I chose to follow the tradition!

Ingredienti   - Ingredients
8 spoons of sugar - 8 cucchiai di zucchero
100 gr of amaretti - 100 gr di amaretti
  500ml of milk - 500 ml di latte
8 eggs - 8 uova
Marsala wine - Marsala
