My Summer morning routine - la mia routine del mattino in Estate!
Buon lunedì a tutti,
questa settimana ho pensato di condividere con voi la mia routine del mattino in Estate, vi mostrerò quali prodotti uso, quali abitudini ho, la mia colazione, ecc.
Iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto è fondamentale, per questo da qualche mese ho cercato di introdurre alcune cambiamenti che stanno aiutando ad essere meno stressata e più positiva.

this week I thought to share with you my Summer morning routine, I'm going to show you which products I use, my habits, my breakfast ect.
Starting the day in the best way is really important, that's what lately I've been performing some changes in my habits and it's helping me a lot to be less stressed out and more positive.
